Artist Statement

Ken Wright is an illustrator and graphic designer. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Studio Art Illustration from the University of Arizona. He also earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Graphic Design from Phoenix College. Ken is known for his black-and-white comic book style art. He utilizes a mix of traditional pen and paper with more contemporary computer elements to create his art pieces. His work his strongly influenced by comic books and graphic novels. His philosophy is that every image should tell a story. Ken lives in Arizona with his wife and children. He enjoys including his wife and two kids in the creation process so everyone gets to contribute.
